We make it simple
Our fee schedule is simple and very easy to understand. We have set it up where the questions are all answered.
The splits spelled out
We pay 90% on everything. The risk management fee also known as E&O insurance is $100.00 per file. Transaction coordination is optional. If you use our Transaction Coordination fee it is $350 per file. If you elect not to use our Transaction Coordinator, then there is a $25.00 file review fee. This fee schedule apply's to every transaction type with the exception of property management. Please call for the fee schedule.
LEADS
As a company we get a tremendous amount of leads. We out market the competition by far and utilize the web extensively. Approximately 86% of buyers start on the internet first, we capitalize on this and make sure our sites are easily found and lead generation friendly. We have a massive amount of organic traffic to our web sites and with other marketing, we receive thousands of visitors a month.
Pay schedule on leads:
In the event we give you a lead (which is what we call cold), we pay you 65% instead of the 90%. (Note: E&O and Transaction Coordination still apply)
If we give you a lead that we have booked an appointment for and you are meeting with the client, then we pay 55%. (Note: again the E&O and Transaction Coordination still apply) We typically will not book an appointment with a client unless they are pre-approved or all cash buyers.
We are working on getting our Error and Omission fee reduced. We are actually charged $107 dollars per file and would hope to get it down to approximately $65 dollars in the near future. In the even we do get it reduced, we will reduce the fee to our agents.
We understand that as Real Estate Agents, our business and success come from our clients. When you join our team, we strive as a company to exceed the expectations of all who associate with us. We have state of the art technology that allows us to continue to grow. As a company that utilizes technology to ensure our success, we do the following automatically for your clients unless you state otherwise.
- Send out a monthly newsletter to your clients on your behalf
- If anything important and news ready comes up, we email it to all clients
- At close of escrow, we email them a complete copy of their file
- Should you chose to, we will pre-fill out cards such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Easter etc... that we will mail out to the clients for each season on your behalf.
We believe in client retention and helping you build a spear of influence. We will also give you access to your clients via the web so that you can constantly keep in contact with them.

Faq's
How soon will you get paid? You can expect to get paid approximately 24 hours after the company is paid.
Can we have escrow pay you direct? We chose not to do this because we do not pay out until you turn in a completed file and it has been reviewed. In the event you have a completed file turned in, we will give escrow instruction to pay you directly if this is your wishes.
Are there any other fees besides the ones you are disclosing? No, we have zero franchise fees, zero advertising fees and zero annual dues.
Who qualifies to work for your company? Real Estate has always had a bizarre twist about it. Unlike typical employment, where the company interviews the employee, agents (being contractors) interview the company. We want to make sure we answer all your questions and that you are a great fit for our company. We pride ourselves on being Elite. Top of class in our profession.
Do we offer training? As we grow, we will be offering webinar training sessions and mentoring for our team. We are not a training facility. We are a company that hires agents who know how to write up contracts, function in the MLS of their area. We are always available to answer questions in regards to contracts, what is legal and ethical.
Can I start my own branch? Yes, but it will still be at the same commission arrangement. If you bring on agents underneath you, we will give them separate contracts at what you negotiated for splits and fees with your agents and pay them accordingly. You will still not be required to be the broker of record.
Do we do loans? No, we are not a mortgage company and we do not require you to use any specific lender. We only ask that you put your clients best interest in mind when referring them to a loan company.
How do you offer such great commission splits? Because we are a virtual company, meaning we will not provide an office for you to work out of, we can afford to pay you the splits. All that is required is you having a computer, internet and a phone, it is possible to pass on the savings by offering much higher commission splits.
